Automation not automatically applying

Did you define project TYPES? 

Is the contact FORM connected to the project TYPE?

Is the automation turned ON?

Yes, I have defined the project types.  I think I have the contact form connected, but I’m not sure.  I do have the contact form using the same project types, is there something else I need to do?  I have gone over the video explaining how to create an automation, but it doesn’t explain how to get the automations by project type.

I’m not sure if the automation is turned on, where do I do that?

okay in the contact form - when you ASK what service they’re interested in, is it a question using the project type question? Can I see your contact form? 

It is a question that I added.  Do I need to do something more to that?

Under what type of service are you interested in?… is that question tagged as a “project type” question? When you go to edit it… and you hover over the question with your mouse, does it have a venn diagram symbol on the upper right corner?

No.  No Venn diagram symbol.  How do I connect it?

Hover over the question. Click on the gear in the top right corner. change the QUESTION TYPE to a DROP DOWN (I know you have one now, I don’t know why we have to choose drop down first lol). Once you’ve done that, click on the setting gear AGAIN and choose PROJECT TYPE. 

It should connect after that
