Automation Trigger Enhancements

  1. Right now, when I go to the automations tab, I only see “Activate via Lead Form” or “Activate via Contact Form” at the overview level. It would be great if there was a third column that was “Activate via Action” or something like that so you could see/adjust any trigger type at that overview level—not just contact and lead form. Even better if there was just one column (unless the point is to use the same automation for multiple triggers/trigger types?)
  2. Similarly, when you create a new automation, it would be great to be able to “set the trigger” as step one, and then “select the action” as step two. Right now, it feels a bit confusing to set the action then the trigger and have them combined in the first step. Especially since the overview only calls out contact forms and lead forms, I mistakenly thought those were the only two ways to trigger an automation.
  3. Also, it would be great to have a toggle at the overview level to turn an automation “on” or “off” and easily see if an automation is active or not. Right now, I don’t believe there is a way to deactivate an automation, right? Just set it to require approval before sending?
