I’m a DJ and Photobooth operator, and I typically send out a questionnaire about one month before an event to confirm key details. However, I’ve noticed there are sometimes two questionnaire options—and I’m curious about the reasoning behind that. Does it send both e-mails on the same day back to back?

What’s your setup?
- What do you include in the first questionnaire?
- What do you send in the second one, if applicable?
I feel like I only need to send one questionnaire, but I’d love to hear how you structure yours to see if I’m missing anything in my flow.
