Is there a way to send a follow-up email after a proposal has been sent but NOT signed after a week? I am only given specific triggers to choose from, and I'm not sure any of them are the right fit.

Hi @Kacey Blackman As of right now, this is not an option, but I know that HoneyBook is working on “conditional logic” feature within automations and has soft launched it to some users, so my guess is that it is coming soon to all users and then, this would be an option! For the time being, I would recommend having an email template for your follow-up so that you can easily add it manually in a project.
