Automations Help - Trigger & Manual Trigger Issues

I have my automations set up with the desired triggers -  however - EVERY time I try to add those automations to my projects and I try to select them from the dropdown menu on the right, it says that I have no active automations. They are indeed active, but I noticed that it tells me it needs a manual trigger. The triggers that I need to start an automation do not begin with manual triggers… someone please HELP!

    What is the first step in your automation? When clients fill out my contact form, that is what triggers my automation. It works everytime. As soon as someone hits submit on my contact form it triggers an automatic welcome email and then progresses with each completed action.
