Backing up Inquiries

Hi! I chatted with a helpful HoneyBook agent and they stated that there isn’t a way to back up HoneyBook inquiries. I have used other CRMs in the past and there was usually a way to back up inquiries or have them sent to multiple email addresses. I want to make sure that all inquiries are captured, as I’ve had CRM glitches happen in the past where the inquiries did not parse to the CRM. Would anyone else find this helpful? The HoneyBook agent mentioned that they would pass my feedback along to the product team.

@Gina Agderian -  Thanks so much for sharing this! You're definitely not alone—having a backup or secondary delivery method for inquiries can bring a lot of peace of mind, especially after experiencing glitches in other systems.

While HoneyBook doesn’t currently offer a built-in feature to send inquiries to multiple email addresses or export them automatically, I’d highly recommend submitting this as a feature request in the Ideas section of the HoneyBook Community so others can upvote it. The more traction it gets, the more likely it is to be prioritized!

In the meantime, a potential workaround could be connecting your lead form to a Zapier integration that logs each inquiry into a Google Sheet or sends an email to a secondary inbox. It’s not built into HoneyBook directly, but it could offer the backup visibility you're looking for.
