I photograph headshots for all the new providers for one medical practice.  The medical practice pays for each session as the providers book throughout the year.  Each provider scheduled is sent booking confirmation and reminders for their individual shoot, so these need to go to their individual emails & phones.  How can I set this up in Honeybook so ALL sessions booked are grouped under the ONE medical practice?  I’d like to keep everything organized under one umbrella and be able to run a Revenue Report that includes all payments from this client.   Is that possible?
Right now, I’ve created new Projects for each of the providers, which is impossible to track.  Is it possible to merge each of these provider’s projects under the one project for the medical practice?
Thanks & fingers crossed

Hi @Zevra,

Let’s see if this can help: what if you created one umbrella project for the medical practice, using their main contact details - and then created related workspaces within it for the individual providers and their specific shoot information? I think this might be a way to keep it all organized and help with reporting!

Let me know if this helps!
