We are using HoneyBook to take Cake orders and we use the lead form to do so, Customers will fill the order form and chose the date they want the cake to be ready on using the event date calendar drop down.

Is there a way to block certain dates so that customers cant chose that date for their orders during holydays and closed dates.

Hi @Poya Eghterafi , If I understand correctly, you have a linked question in your Lead Form that is linked to the project’s date and uses a date picker for selecting a date.
This field is not configurable for having blocked dates.
However, the scheduling tool is better suited for this task. I suggest setting a “session” for cake delivery in your Scheduler and having it set with availability. Then, provide a Lead Form with a scheduler for this “session,” allowing leads to see your availability before they book and allowing you to block the unwanted date and time options.
Also, if you go down that road, you have a session setting allowing you to use the meeting date as the project date, so you don’t lose functionality over your current flow.

Let me know if I can further assist you with the Scheduler or setting it in a Lead Form.

Yes. You can block it off on the calendar if you sync it to Google or iCal.

if you only use the HB calendar, just remove the availability for that day in the scheduling tool
