Hi all,

I am a senior move manager so work predominantly with the elderly. I have been using Honeybook for a few years now and it’s been great but with the smart files there is no way to book in person , like I used to be able to do with the Legacy files.

I am currently having to print and have them sign in person but then it messes up my whole pipeline, payment and profit/ loss  on top of the fact that it is extremely frustrating trying to keep track of who did what when and losing clients.

Is anyone else having these issues and if so how do you deal with this?

I have been asking Honeybook to please add the book in person section since the smart files launched but unfortunately I think I must be the only one who is requesting it.

Hi! Did you ever figure out how to book in person with smart files? I can’t seem to find a solution anywhere.

No unfortunately and I’ve been requesting it from the very start of the smart files being released.

It’s so annoying as I have to print paper copies and have them do it that way.

whats worse is that when I was using the legacy files It had the book in person .

i think if more people ask for it then maybe they will do it.

That’s frustrating, and you’re right, it doesn’t make sense that we could do it with legacy files but then they took it away for smart files. I will make a request as well and get some other to do so too. Hopefully they’ll get that feature done soon.

That sounds incredibly frustrating and not wise on Honebyook’s part. Perhaps you can ask on one of their social media platforms. I am new to the service and am not finding it very user friendly but I may just need more time to explore its options

Good luck and I hope you get an answer and solution!
