We've used Honeybook since 2016... maybe 2015. LOVE it, have loved all the features rolled outs and improvements and the amazing customer service.

 

We've had big issues happen with some of the newest rollouts and have ideas:

- an owner or admin of a business should have the ability to edit/delete any calendar session. As is if our manager is on vacation, I as the owner have to chat the honeybook team to cancel ir reschedule a session when a client requests one changed that was on her calendar (ick)

 

- sessions: We've had wild issues with the new updates. They no longer adjust with other scheduled events to not double book or over lap.

The buffer no longer applies when the 2nd session is a different type, or "on a different calendar"

 

All our sessions are set to where they cannot choose a team member to not double book and it's happened numerous times since the start of the year.

For us businesses who do not double schedule meetings, it would be nice to have a setting or a master calendar or sorts to avoid these issues.

 

Again, we've never had this before January 2025 so we understand it's with the new rollouts.

 

Also - our calendars do not show everything scheduled in honeybook unless we turn on a Google linked calendar. It selects only 1 or 2 types of sessions, and the app shows the opposite 😳 Yikes... that's also new, and perhaps master calendar of sorts would also avoid that issue.

Meeting scheduler also does not auto populate a time anymore, and also does not populate a suggested location when typing.  Easy to mis-type things in the location. I end up going to google and searching the location address and then copying and pasting it into the location in the meeting...
