Hi friends. I have a question about Calendar availability on the scheduler. I wasn’t able to find my answer in previous questions so I do apologize if this has been addressed before. 

 

I have my personal calendar linked with Honeybook to help with the scheduler. One small issue that has arisen is that when I have an event that I indicate I am busy for on my personal calendar and it is an all day event (meaning I select All Day and indicate busy) in Google, Honeybook allows meetings to be scheduled after 9PM. I am wondering if this is just a fluke or possibly the All Day indication in Google is only a 12 hour coverage.

 

If this doesn’t make sense, I am happy to elaborate more. Thank you for any help.

Hi @jefferhart,

Great question - what availability range do you have selected in your scheduler session? It might be that the scheduler thinks that you’re available for calls after 9 pm and are one of those night owls :)

I’d suggest going into that scheduler session and checking what availability you have set up for yourself. If that doesn’t work, we will troubleshoot it further - let me know if this helps resolve the issue!
