This is an ongoing issue I have had for quite a while and I’m wondering if there is a fix for it yet. Basically I have multiple brands on my Honeybook account. On one brand, I have set up google calendar 1. One another brand, I have set up google calendar 2. When I look at the availability on the schedulers for calendar 1… they are showing correctly. Nothing is pulling from calendar 2. However… on the other brand, the schedulers are pulling availability based on a combination of calendar 2 AND 1, they should only be pulling from calendar 2. Neither calendars are connected, they do not come from the same email address, nor the same google account. They are two totally different email accounts with totally different passwords and have nothing to do with each other. This has caused me to have to pay for calendly for calendar 2. Which feels like a waste when I should already be able to use what is available to me.
In addition - when it comes to scheduling… if I want to use a lead form where people can pay and schedule a session, I can only do that with one session at a time. I have a total of 8 sessions for that brand. which means, I have to create 8 lead forms for each sessions, copy the links from each form and paste each of them into 8 different buttons on my site that link to those forms. Rather than the current set up I have through calendly, where there is a form that can include multiple sessions options that I choose to be available on that form. From there I have to manually enter each schedule request that comes in from calendly. It would be nice for it to be more seamless and I wouldn’t have to barely touch it via automations if things worked differently in HB. So my question is will it be possible to fix the above issue, and will they make it possible in the future to include multiple sessions as options on one form? This would save tons of time and money.
Calendar availability issue

The first issue sounds like a glitch - has HB support been able to fix this?
The second issue is something that HB offers. You need to create a NEW service block. When you click on that, it will ask you on the right side if you want to start from blank or from a template. Choose START FROM BLANK. When you do that, it will allow you to choose “Service Selection With Session”. Insert all your different packages/services and you’ll see a calendar icon to link the different session with each service item. When they choose a package, they can book the session type.
