First of all, I love Honeybook! LOL I know you all here me say that all the time, but it’s true 🥹

 

Ok so boom 😅, 

Currently, when a current client wishes to schedule a call with me through the calendar feature, it creates a whole new workspace. While this setup works well for new clients or new projects, it becomes slightly confusing when dealing with existing clients who simply need to book a recurring call/meeting with me.

 

Therefore, I'd like for my clients to have the ability to book a call directly on my calendar without the need for creating a new workspace. This streamlined process would not only save time but also ensure continuity in our communications without unnecessary clutter.

Gotta say first, I love HB!!! 

THIS would be amazing!!!

Its so frustrating for me to have a new project be created when they book a new appt!! Drives me batty!

Hi folks!

For your client to schedule a meeting within an existing project they can so long as two conditions are met!

Condition 1: The project is not in the “completed” stage.
Condition 2: The client uses the same email connected to the existing project.

If you see that these conditions are met and this isn’t the case with a client, please reach out to our Support Team so they can look into it!
