The Venues at the Factory

Hi alll, our clients love to call and email and right now it’s super manual to have to save contacts in our phone and then transfer information over to HB.

What are you all using for a phone / text service like google and what integrations are there?

@The Venues at the Factory commenting to bump your question up in the activity feed!

Just out of curiosity, does regularly syncing your Google contacts not work for your current set up with clients (as in, is that still too manual)?

ooh I’m trying to look into this, are you saying our clients in honeybook SYNC to google phone?!

I’ve been using keap and it is so painful and takes hours every night to transfer over text messaging (notes) over to honeybook.

**The majority of calls are NEW contacts and I need to capture their info. Is there a video on this?

Will existing contacts sync with google?

Hey! You might want to try setting up a zap (from zapier). I know you can have one FROM Honeybook TO Google voice via Google contacts, for example (see below), but I bet there’s one from Keap or other tools as well, where you can transfer notes or other info.
