Can collaborators see files?

If the vendors are part of the project, they would see all of the files - and get all of your communication with the client. What I would suggest is to create a related workspace that only has your client in there - to keep that communication separate.

Thanks but that would just triple my work. I just take the information as of now and send them it separately. But if we could hide certain information, files, etc and change who they are viewable for; that would save me a bunch of extra work. It would even be nice if the collaborators are hidden from the customer until we are ready. There are a lot of moving parts in logistics, so I could send off separate contracts/pricing for the jobs to be subbed out directly to their collaborators without them see what we are charging.  As of now, I will just have to keep doing it the old fashioned way.
