Can I add promotional codes or coupons for services?

Hi Kayce! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center at HoneyBook. While you can’t give clients a code to get them a discount, you can always add a discount to invoices. You can do this from the invoice page when creating or editing a smart file. Let me know if this helps!

We need an automated/ workflow friendly discount option. Ex Returning client discounts that do not require manual adjustment of invoice each time.

I have a lot of returning customers. I’d love to be able to give “Returning Clients Discount” as a code to my clients. They put it in during new inquiries and automatically receive a set discount. So that I don’t have to manually adjust invoices every time I have a returning client.

Yes, this is something that is super important for my biz. A lot of my clients are repeat clients. I’d love to be able to get in touch with past clients and provide the discount code as an incentive to work with me again and to thank them for their loyalty. This is best used for my lead forms that require payment to book. So in other words, if I’m not manually sending an invoice, I would love coupon codes for clients to use to book my services at their leisure.

I sometimes partner with other organizations and would like to offer their audience discount codes too. 

Is there an ETA on when we can expect this feature? Thank you!! 

Giving a discount coupon for special holidays and other type of special client appreciation treatment would be great!
