Question

Can I set scheduler to not allow bookings for 5 business days?

I have a package for a site audit and I would like for clients to be able to select the services, pay the deposit, and then book a time for the site audit review. I would like at least 5 business days from the day the client orders it until they can book a review meeting to give me time to complete the work.

It sounds like the rolling window won’t work for this. And some may be leads signing up for services at any time so putting a set date range in the template or proposal would not work. Is there a way to have this 5 business day buffer automatically in the package template?

Hi @SDesmond,

Thanks for this question and these details. I think what you’re looking for is Minimum notice” option where you could set this to 5 days so that when they are looking at that session block in the package the soonest they can book is 5 days out? If you have other bookings that don’t need this buffer, you can create a new session type specifically for this use case.

Check out this help article for more details: https://help.honeybook.com/en/articles/3614050-understanding-and-creating-session-types

Will will work for your use case?
