Can't change payment date from TDB to actual date active project

Hello,

I am a coach that sent a client a proposal that included a payment schedule with 1st payment due upon receipt and I didn’t set dates for the remaining payments. Honeybook automatically assigned TBD to the remaining dates.

 

My client signed the contract and sent the initial payment. Now that my client is active, I’d like to set the dates for the monthly payments so that Honeybook can send reminders. I can not find a way to change the dates from TBD to actual dates.

I really don’t want to have to send monthly reminders. Please tell me that there is a better way.

You should be able to update the payment due dates, so that payment reminders auto-send.
