Can't email contact without project

You are correct ​@Shaun Jay, that’s the current functionality. My guess is that HB’s focus is on client communication as it pertains to a project/action (invoice, session, contract, questionnaire) vs. standard email provider like Gmail or Outlook. I do see the benefit from this, though, and because they are now releasing Pay Links (invoices not attached to Projects), I wonder if there would be room to develop your idea, too. For now why don’t you submit this as an IDEA vs. question so we can upvote it for ya and the developers can get eyes on this! Finger’s crossed they consider it!
