Cancellation of 2nd payment invoice

I have a client who just had to cancel her wedding due to her daughter’s illness.  I collected a deposit and the remainder, the bulk of it, is due in two weeks.  Her deposit is non-refundable.

How do I cancel the upcoming invoice? It is not on auto pay (the closest question I could find in archives).  When I try to do it in the proposal document, it gives me an error.

FYI - the answer was provided in an ad hoc Facebook group.  HoneyBook team… you really need to embrace Facebook groups instead of shutting yours down.  I got a correct answer far faster when I needed it ASAP.
