Cant clear my project tab!!

Im new to honey book and testing the automation a few times and there are 3 projects in the project tab that I can't delete. There are no projects, I’ve deleted those and the contacts to start from the beginning but my project tab is still show 3 projects. How can I clear this? (I,ve already deleted everything, even signed out and back in)

    So sorry to hear about the trouble you’re encountering. I took a look and I see that there are five active projects in your pipeline - are you seeing the same? If you need to delete some of these, we have a helpful how-to guide here. If you delete them, and still see that some are active, I’d recommend sending our Support team a message so they can troubleshoot with you further! You can reach them by clicking the question mark (“?”) icon in your account and starting a live chat from there.
