Hi! I’m finding when import a Canva file, the quality is not as good (text/images look a little fuzzy) as when I download from Canva and upload.

Thank you for flagging! I’ve alerted our dev team and they’re going to explore options

Hi Laura and Andra,
My name is Daniel and I’m the product manager in charge of the Canva integration.
I have a few questions for you as I’m trying to get to the bottom of the cause of this issue.

1) What was the file type you imported (PNG, GIF or PDF) for which you saw reduced quality?
2) Do you have a Canva Pro account (e.g do you pay Canva for subscription)?

Many thanks!

I just came here to say the same thing--everything looks fuzzy and not at high-res.

I have found issues with uploading PNG, GIF, and PDF files. I have a Canva Pro account!

@Kiley oh great, I’ve been wanting to find someone with this exact scenario, as we can’t reproduce this on our end. Do you mind emailing me a version of the manually downloaded asset from Canva and then also the automatically downloaded asset from HoneyBook that you imported from there? This would really help us understand the issue.  My email is daniel@honeybook.com.

Many thanks!
