Changes to Contract Fields

Hello,

Is there any way to make changes or add fields to the contract signatures? 

There is a notation that says you can make changes, but I am unable to make any edits to the fields seen in the attachment. Thanks for any help.

In addition to what Monica asked, I’ll add that the screenshot you attached looks like it was taken from a file template, where the actual information of the signees is not known yet.
Once you use this template to create a file within a project, the information of the signees will be automatically filled out in these fields, and you will be able to edit the parts that are not the signees’ names, like the part I highlighted here:
 

You can replace the email with any other text

    Hey Cynthia! 

    Do you mean specifically the signatures? Those are actually pretty limited in what can be changed because that is the legal bit of the contract and has restrictions to what we can do. What changes are you trying to make? Maybe there is a way :)
