Changing a team member's name

I have a team member that just got married and has changed her last name. However I cannot seem to find any way within my settings to be able to change the name of this team member. How do I go about doing this?

Hey Matt! I’m Justin, and I work on the help center at HoneyBook. Congrats to your team member!

They should be able to update their name from their own HoneyBook account. Here’s how they’d do that:

  1. Select their profile photo
  2. Select My account
  3. Select the My Account tab
  4. Under Account Info, have your team member change their Full Name

If you don’t see the changes on your Team tab, or your team member can’t make the change, reach out to our support team by hitting the purple “ ? “ at the bottom of your screen. Let me know if this helped!

Thank you! I was aware that they could do this themselves but I wanted to do it for them if I could as the admin of the account and business. Is there no way for me to do this on their behalf?
