Changing Email of Company Owner

I have an employee who left the company. How do I reassign the “owner” of a honeybook account.

Hi Tim, are they the owner of the company or a team member? Do you have access to the account already? 

If you have access to the account you will click the photo icon in the top right corner and then click “company settings” there you can change the primary company email. You will then want to click “My Account” and change the name and email there. Finally you would need to adjust any integrations such as your integration with gmail or any other 3rd party apps associated with the account.

Hi Emily,

 

I am also trying to change ownership of my honeybook account but the person I’m assigning ownership to is also in the system as a team member so it won’t allow me to change to his email address.  How do I go about making this change?  appreciate any help!  TIA
