Is there any way to change the part where it calls the payment a retainer? This was a payment for an hourly service I provided. It isn’t a retainer. The client paid for my hours after they were worked.

+7You can’t customize the payment receipt emails. While it’s not technically a ‘retainer’ since you already provided services, the word retainer is great verbiage in case of a CC dispute. Retainer = nonrefundable. That way, nobody can claim it was a deposit for services that can be refunded.
