Kitchener Public Library

Over the past two weeks, my team has started receiving communications from our clients organizations that are not intended for us. These emails are obviously internal communications that the clients organization is having and often include staff that are not on the honeybook project but this communication is going thru our honeybook portal- this has happened to a couple of different clients now and is obviously making clients nervous. 

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? 

what can I do to make it stop?
