Client Portal Link Not Working

I’ve resent my clients portal link via email. Unfortunately its rerouting her to a previous project we’ve done not the current one. 

 

Can anyone please help?

Hi Ericka,

 

It’s likely that they created a login for their last project and they are using that so it is redirecting them. Is the last project archived?

Thanks for the quick response. Yes the previous project is archived.

 

Question-

  1. Does the client need to use a different email and password each time a new client portal is sent?

Hi Ericka, 

 

Ok, so all of their projects are going to be linked to the same portal, but when they are in their portal they can go to the top left side of the page and click “all projects” and then a drop down menu will appear and they can choose the correct project to view in their portal.
