After my clients submit their questionnaire, they are unable to go back in and edit or add responses. Sometimes I need responses edited if I need more information, etc. is there a way to do this?

Same. Also why did we do away with the facebook group with promises that this platform would be better when I can see there are zero responses to this from a month ago?

I am having this issue now, and HB staff told me we could do this, I went ahead and let all my clients know and now they are saying that they basically lied to me and clients cannot edit. I am tired of these chats that lead to nothing.

Hi! @iDJHector and @Madison Neumann-Wilmer! 👋 Avia from the Product Team here.

I’m sorry for the confusion and inconvenience! Let me clarify a bit:

If your clients start answering the questions but don’t complete the file, their answers are automatically saved, and they should be able to go back and edit their responses.

However, once the file is completed, the questions are locked, just like the rest of the file.

📌 Quick Tip: To prevent this from happening, you can add another page after the questions page. That way, the file won’t be marked as completed until your client moves to the last page.

💡 Workaround: If a file has already been marked as completed but you need your client to update their answers, you can make a small edit to the questionnaire and resend it to them.

If you’d like to see a feature that allows clients to edit completed files, feel free to vote on this feature request or create a new one! We’re always looking to improve and appreciate your feedback.
