Can my client see their booked project on their calendar?

Or, is this only something that is accessible only to me?

I assume with scheduled (Calendly) meetings, they can see these since they schedule them.

Let me know if I’m wrong here.

🙂 Thanks!

Hey @Next Dimension Bakery, I’m Matthew — a brand designer, biz coach, and HB Pro. Great question!

Client experience is pretty streamlined within the portal on their end. They can see the main tabs within our workspace such as: Activity, Files, Notes (if you have them viewable to them), and Details. At this time they do not see any Calendar like un on the back end.

However, clients do receive booking confirmations and have the opportunity to add them to their calendar, such as Google Calendar.

Here’s a great help article I found that shows you the full user experience. I also encourage all my clients to go through their client journey with their own personal email or ask a friend to. That way you are 100% confident in what your leads/clients will experience.

Let me know if this is helpful!
