Is there an option for locking down Files or Details, like Notes, so the client cannot view?

Taking notes on a client is easy with HoneyBook - you can add them to the client profile. Learn more here. Within the Notes tab you can select whether of not it is visible to clients.
In terms of file sharing, within a project you can determine which project participants can access a file. Check this out here.
