clients experiencing difficulty locating smart file “get started” button

I have experienced about 5-6. Clients responding back to the email I send which includes the smart file button for them to proceed with their brochure selections. 
 

All of them have written back for me to please resend .  I know they have read the email body but the brochure is always unread. I even state the button is below, and above my signature. Still issues. 
 

I have even sent  screen shots to where the button is located for visuals and they are having difficulty. 
 

Is there a certain email platform that could be blocking this button or should I have them check their pop up browser. This issue has been more common in the last 4 months for me and I cannot figure out how to fix it.

Hi @Skylar,

Oh wow, I’m sorry this has been an issue for you! Have you tired sending those emails to yourself or a client to see what they look like?

The buttons shouldn’t be a pop-up issue, maybe a browser issue - do you mind asking what browser your clients are using?
If the problem persists (which sounds like it has!), I’d reach out to support for their technical expertise. Simply press the “?” button at the bottom right corner of your screen and you will be able to chat with them.
