Hello, 

I would love a company email signature to default to our automated emails and templates. Is this possible to create a default company email signature and have a default team member signature for me? When I change the Company Information, it updates the default signature for my account information as well.

    Hi @Madison Hercules,

    I don’t believe that’s currently possible. A workaround could be creating email templates with different signatures in them - that you can use for even just for email responses, but I understand that it’s not an ideal solution.

    If it’s an important feature for you, do you mind submitting it in the feature requests section, please? Sharing why and how it will be helpful for you. Our product team monitors that space all that time, so it’s the best place to reach them with feature ideas!
