is there a way to have a completed project archived but still show under the completed tab? i like seeing my number of completed projects but don't like them crowding up my active projects. Would also be great to add the completed or archived filter feature where you can get a graph of your different job types for that month or year. for example, i run a production company and we have many different job types and would like to see graph of how many jobs ive done based off the event type. if this is already a thing let me know!

Hey Scott! You can archive a project as “completed” so that you can group those together in the Archived section, outside of your active projects/pipeline. There’s no graph, but you can export the archived projects to a CSV file and use excel to graph it. A bit more manual, but for a one a month or once a year report need like you mentioned, would only take a few mins. What do you think; would that work for your use-case here?

I’m curious if maybe using Zapier, you could pull that info out of HoneyBook into a G-sheet to automatically graph it out for you… could be worth looking into?

I might also recommend exploring the new Tags feature to help give you more filtering options and ways to group/organize your projects.

Short answer: there’s not a perfect solution for what you’re asking, but with an extra couple of steps I think you’ll get what you need.

Let me know if you have other questions!
