Hello! I am a makeup artist and have a quick question which hopefully someone can help me with. I book two appointments with my bridal clients. First, a bridal trial, and secondly their wedding.

I would like to send a automatic confirmation email to my clients 5 days before their bridal trial but unfortunately it is only letting me send one 5 days before the “project date” which is the wedding date. Anyone know how I can work around this--I would rather not create a whole new project just for a trial.

Hi! If you schedule the Trial via a session (you can manually schedule them if that’s preferred), you can then trigger emails to be 5 days before SESSION STARTS. Hope that helps!

How can I edit the confirmation email? I would like to add my address!
