Would anyone know how to fix the issue I’m having with the contact form and smart proposal? I sent the client to fill out the info. All the info goes into the proposal except for the event time. I always have to enter that manually but the customer's name, address, and all is already there. Why does it not add the time that the customer inputs?

Hey @Scott Paulk !

 

For this one you can make a change to the field in your contact form to attach it to the “Project Date” field.  If you click the gear icon and see “Date Picker”, click the dropdown and scroll to change the type to “Project Date” to connect the field.

Change the field type from “Date Picker” to “Project Date”

the date works its the event time that never gets added.

My apologies @Scott Paulk -  My colleague just educated me on how to fix this for you.

You can use Lead Forms > Inquiry Form to link the date AND time.  I’ve tested this out and see that the time flows through correctly from this form.
