I am getting really frustrated. Another photographer uses HB- I can tell by her link. She has services, invoice, scheduler, and contract all as steps and under one clickable link for her clients. I have tried doing this for two days straight and lead forms (the only way I know to have a link attached to send clients) acts like it will add a contract and then it disappears. I keep reading “HB doesn’t allow this” however, how can some people do this and not others?

Hmmm, it isn’t currently possible in our system so I’m also curious how she has set this up!

If you’re comfortable, could you share this photographer’s link with me privately via email at monica.rodriguez@honeybook.com.

Thank you!

Hi Monica! I just sent you an email. I am very curious to see what your thoughts are on how she was able to accomplish this.

Thank you for sending that over!

It looks like they’re using a “Question” block for their contract instead of an actual contract page! I’m unsure of the legal implications of this so I don’t advise it, but it certainly is a clever workaround!

After I sent it over to you, I had that same thought! I myself do not like this idea… I feel like it isn’t a “signed” contract rather than an acknowledgement. I can just hope the HB rolls out a way to add contracts to lead forms in the near future. I know I have been very happy with the changes HB has implemented over the last year! Thank you Monica for your help!

Agreed! I wouldn’t feel super secure if that was the only thing I had to back me up in case of any legal trouble. That being said, you could also have that, and then send a “real” contract afterwards as part of an automation.
