It looks like they’re using a “Question” block for their contract instead of an actual contract page! I’m unsure of the legal implications of this so I don’t advise it, but it certainly is a clever workaround!  

After I sent it over to you, I had that same thought! I myself do not like this idea… I feel like it isn’t a “signed” contract rather than an acknowledgement. I can just hope the HB rolls out a way to add contracts to lead forms in the near future. I know I have been very happy with the changes HB has implemented over the last year! Thank you Monica for your help!

Agreed! I wouldn’t feel super secure if that was the only thing I had to back me up in case of any legal trouble. That being said, you could also have that, and then send a “real” contract afterwards as part of an automation.
