Contact form response emails auto generating... HELP

Hi All,

New here.

I created an automatic reply to contact form inquiry.

That email is not being sent, but the system is sending other emails that I didn’t setup.

Any thoughts/suggestions?

Hi and welcome! One of the great things about Honeybook is that they have automation templates built right in for you :) However that can be tricky if you don't want their templates to send. 

Did you check your Automations? 

Most likely, you'll want to click the Automation attributed to that Contact form
 

then change the Email template from inside the Automation.

The other automated emails are usually found in your Company settings, under Preferences.

I’ve stopped the HB generated replies, but the automation I setup isn’t going out. 😔

Never had an issue setting up workflows before. This one just won’t work.
