Contact Forms are not becoming Inquiries

I have submitted three tests from my website. They are not appearing as Inquiries in HoneyBook. I have the Contact Form embedded in my website. When I click Send, it used to pop up very quickly with the new Inquiry. Currently, the Inquiry is not showing up in HoneyBook at all!

Are you using the same email address for these new inquiry tests? If there is an existing project that is not in the “Completed” stage, new inquiries will be filled under that open project.

Thank you, Monica. I’m not able to find the three tests I did in any of my pipeline. However, HoneyBook Support was able to successfully submit one, as was I from an Incognito page. That part is working now, I am guessing. Thank you for the reply!
