I sent a link to a contract, but it is requiring that the client either sign in to Honeybook or join via a business account?  What am I doing wrong please?

Hi Valerie! Jack, from HoneyBook’s performance marketing team here.

First, I have a clarifying question. Are you viewing the smart file you are trying to send in the “Templates” section or from a specific project?

If you are in the “Templates” section of the product, you could be trying to use the “Share Template” option, which is used to share templates you use with other businesses.

Instead, you click “Use Template” and create a new file in a project from that template. From there, you can use the “Share” button in the top right to send the file to your client.

The experience from the client side after you share a file from a project is outlined in this article: https://help.honeybook.com/en/articles/5441865-your-clients-experience-with-smart-files#h_641d87e60d

I hope this helps!
