Those of you in the events world with two clients (ie. an engaged couple). Is it possible to set things up so that the second person can receive the smart file proposal + contract + invoice after the first person signs and submits the second person’s email address? Prior to switching to HB, I would send it to the inquiring partner, they would sig the Proposal and fill out the other partner’s details and then the contract would be sent to both of them manually. I was hoping to have it more streamlined now but it looks like unless I get partner 2’s email as well, I’m back to the old method.

    Hi ​@Nicole Brantingham! I’m Matthew, a brand designer who also happens to be a HB Pro. This is not yet a feature, but I love the concept. You should consider submitting it as an IDEA vs. the QUESTION you have here—that way other folks can upvote and it boosts the idea in the eyes of the back-end dev team.
