Hi Community!

Curious if anyone knows of a way to create a booklet or magazine? We have a decor booklet in a PDF that we send to couples and I’d love to turn it in to a booklet or magazine that we could send through Honeybook. Any ideas or recommendations on doing this? Or is it best to just continue to send it as a PDF? Any ideas, feedback, etc are welcome. Thank you!

Hi Darci!

Are you talking about a physical product? Is this something they recieve before or after booking?

These might be a great fit to convert them into a smartfile or lead form to be more interactive.

Hi @Ashley Rufino

This is not a physical product. It’s just a PDF that we email right now. There is no specific time of when we send it to them. Sometimes we send it before they book or sometimes we’ll send it after. I was thinking about converting it to a smart file, I just wasn’t sure which smart file to try it in. Thank you for your response!

What is the purpose of this PDF? I guess how you’re wanting to utilize it as a tool of your client experience will help me better answer how you can go about it.

The pdf shows all of the decorations that we have available to use. Right now we just send the PDF as a file, which we can continue to still do. But, if there was a way to make it in to some type of file/magazine where we can just send it as some type of smart file, we’d be curious in doing it that way.

Hey Darci! You can absolutely create your PDF as a pricing guide. I suggest checking out the template gallery and using one of the templates there. There are some great moodboard and service templates there! They might not be targeted to your industry or use the word “services” instead of items/decorations, but it’s just a template to help get ya started! Make it your own :)

Here are some help articles as well!
