Hey @roland rego Happy to assist on this one :)
What do you envision for a thank you template: Would this just be an email? Or more of a dynamic file where you ask for feedback, a review, a referral, etc.?

I think the latter option serves as more of a thank you + off-boarding experience for your clients and can be really powerful to leave a good impression with them.

There are a couple examples in our template gallery here (I’ve pre-filtered the results for “Testimonial Request” files only). Once you find one you like, you can save it to your templates and adjust it as you see fit. From there you’ll want to create an email template to go along with the off-boarding file and then head to your automations where you’ll set up the automatic send.

You can choose to send that file/email x amount of days after the project date (assuming your project’s have that field input) or x amount of days after invoice is paid (the timing and trigger is really up to you, those are just a couple I think might work for this use-case).

I hope that helps!

Got it. So just a simple email template then?

We don’t offer email templates, but it would be worth a search on Google or even hopping into Chat GPT to get a nice jumping off point.

Once you get a version you like, you’ll:
1. create the email template
2. create an automation with one step to send that email template one day after the project date. And then ensure all your project’s have the event date as the project date (which is a best practice for keeping a clean calendar anyway so hopefully you’re already doing that).
