Custom email domain with gmail

Jenna

Hi

How can I set up my custom email domain which is hosted on gmail?

More details: I have a custom domain on namecheap, with email forwarding set up to my personal gmail address. I would like to use my custom email with HB.

“Email integration → connect google account” simply links it to my personal gmail address, this is not what I want.

“Email integration → type custom email → provider=gmail” leads to error 400:

“here” link leads to https://developer.nylas.com/docs/dev-guide/provider-guides/google/create-google-app/, but I don’t use how to use that, seems like internal HB business.

Any help please?

Hi @Jenna!

Have you tried following the recommended steps for a Gmail integration?

If the problem persists, I’d recommend contacting technical support by clicking the “?” at the bottom right corner on your HoneyBook desktop app!

Hey! I’m having this issue too. I’m getting this response as well as my client I’m helping set up Honeybook. I also purchased my domain from Namecheap but they haven’t been much help…

Please can someone that’s had this issue help me?
