I’m currently waiting on a reply from customer service, but did anyone have payment issues yesterday? I have 2 clients with invoices due May 1. I sent them reminders today and both said they clicked into my email yesterday and paid their invoices. One is a client I’ve had 4 months and the other 3 years. They both pay on time. On my side, both payments show overdue and unpaid. There is no notification of either having viewed my emails yesterday. This is a combined $1950 in payments, so kind of a big deal.

Additionally, customer service is saying both their cards declined, but they received no error message or  any notification of their card declining.

@Megan Curtis at Calypso Studio just want to check in and see if you were able to get this resolved yesterday. Were you able to process those 2 payments from clients?

Customer service wasn’t able to explain why the payments didn’t go through, but we did determine HoneyBook had an outage at the time my clients were both paying their invoices. So it didn’t register their payment, but didn’t let them know either. They both were able to reenter their payments and they did process the second time, a few days after their due dates.
