I’m hoping it’s the kind of thing that is just down temporarily -- but just in case: did honey book eliminate the chat feature to talk to a person for help? (previously in the bottom righthand corner). I also can’t find the previous chats which included answers to questions I often refer back to while working.
Curious if it’s the same for everyone.
