Hi.  Sorry to hear your email wasn’t received.  There are a number of reasons that an email may not make it to your client’s inbox.  We recommend following these best practices for email deliverability.  

If you want to try resending the email:

For messages with client, you can copy & paste your prior message to send again.  

If you’re trying to resend a file: 

1. Navigate to the file you’d like to send
2. In the top right, select “share”
3. Resend the file to your client

Hi Richard, I tried clicking on the link you provided for email deliverability, but it’s saying the page doesn’t exist. Do you have a new link? I’ve been finding that more often my emails aren’t getting delivered and I’m unsure as to why.
