Christina Lundy

I am trying to add a person to my team, but because she has her own honeybook account, it’s giving me an error message. She does have another email I could use, but she would prefer I use her business email, which is connected to her personal HoneyBook account. Is there a way to add her business email as a team member to my account? Thank you in advance for any insight or help.

Hi @Christina Lundy!
I’d recommend contacting technical support by clicking the “?” at the bottom right corner on your HoneyBook desktop app - and asking them if that is technically possible.

I too would like this- this is a prominent situation for makeup and hair. Artists do work on their own and with a team. It shouldn’t force them to use separate emails and accounts. That is dumb
