recently ive been getting emails either from a contact form or any emails from clients thru honeybook and ive noticed that it has another clients name on the email thats already been archived? Is there any way to clear this so the incoming emails do not show another clients name?

Hey @Scott Paulk

Ohhh, I remember seeing a case like this years ago back during my days on the Support team but I’m not fully remembering the solution. It might have to do with the link that’s being shared and where that link was pulled from as links will have specific coded URLs depending on where they are created from - for example, if you copy and share out a link to your scheduler from an email that has been sent to a client (as opposed to the general scheduler link), that link is coded for that specific client already. That being said, my memory is failing me so I’m not sure of what’s going on in your exact case. I’ll connect you with support - look out for an email from them soon :) We’ll get it sorted!

It’s even when I login with a new device? Instead of the email being from honeybook it’s a clients name and I don’t want that

I think… in your address book mailman@honeybook.com is listed as Maren White? Can you check?
