Tony Williams

Are there any plans to allow the scheduling of an email to be sent at a certain time in the automation process?  I would like it to be consistently send during business hours.  If this already possible, please let me know.  Thanks, Tony

@Tony Williams, there is not a way (currently) to set office hours that automated emails will be sent within. That function only exists within the project itself when you write an email with “schedule send”.

This is a much requested feature (including me) to have designated hours. My understanding is that the time of the emails and steps is based off when the automation was triggered in the first place. So if you have an automaton triggered by a type of session booked (like a call) and they completed the booking at 2am, thats when the other steps will based off of. Yes that is frustrating. Ideally people are doing things during office hours but we all know how that goes haha
